About Stacey D. - High School
BACKGROUND
Hello! My name is Stacey, and I'm currently a case manager assistant at a Health and Rehabilitation Center. I've had an interesting work trajectory that's lead me from being a cosmetologist to realizing what I truly enjoyed was history and people. From there I became a tour guide at a State Museum for three years and then switched to teaching anthropology classes at another museum four more years. I created monthly events for the museum and ran the summer camps. I then moved and started my own business in Mississippi. I built up and managed my own Antique mall with over 35 booths. I was the television spokesperson for the annual Antiques Roadshow event in Memphis, TN. I used my knowledge of event planning and my love of history together to help my business stand out and grow. I then sold it for a profit. I've always worked in the medical field for long stretches of time, in various capacities. I enjoy the fast-paced atmosphere of the Emergency Room, the complexity of the hospitals, and helping people. You can say I'm a jack of all trades, however, the best part of these jobs are the people I've met and meet on a daily basis.
